At Södra Cell, we develop the materials of the future based on the forest as a renewable resource. Behind every ton of pulp produced lies strong teamwork – where everything must work, from production to service and working environment.

Södra Cell Mönsterås is one of Europe’s most modern industrial facilities. Here, about 400 people work together to create a safe, efficient, and sustainable production – year-round. And for it to function, order, structure, and people who see what needs to be done are required.

This summer, you could be one of them.

As a summer temp in the janitorial department, you have an important role in everyday life. You ensure that the environment around us functions and is pleasant, safe, and well-maintained.

The work is varied and may include:

• Internal mail handling

• Emptying smaller containers

• Maintenance of green areas and outdoor environment

• Minor service jobs and simple repairs

• Light painting work

It’s a job where you move around, plan together with the team, and solve things along the way. No day is exactly like the other – and that’s what makes it fun.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education

• Is proficient in Swedish and English

• Has good computer skills

• Has a B driver's license

But most importantly – we are looking for the right attitude.

You are solution-focused, responsible, and like to get things done. You can work independently when needed, but also enjoy being part of a team.

Safety is paramount for us, and in this role, a high safety awareness is required. You need to be meticulous, follow routines, and contribute to creating a safe working environment for everyone.

The position is a summer temp from June to August, with scope according to agreement. You must be at least 18 years old by the start of employment.

The location is Mönsterås.
